What are the SEO Audit deliverables?
After your audit is complete and we’ve met on Zoom to review the results, we will share three items for you to keep:
- a detailed technical website health audit report (PDF)
- a copy of the slide deck used to present your audit results during our video call (PDF), and
- a private link to a recording of our video call, in case you want to share with other team members or review the conversation later.
How long will the website audit take?
Most website audits are completed within two weeks of the order being placed. The exact timing depends on how quickly you respond to our on boarding questionnaire, and on when you schedule your audit review call.
Do you need administrator access to our website?
No, we do not need to access the “back-end” or administrator dashboard of your website. You will not need to share any sensitive login credentials, usernames or passwords with us.
How does the review call work?
We conduct our website audit review calls via Zoom. We will provide an online scheduling link after you place your order to allow you to select a date and time that works for you. Calls are scheduled for 45 minutes (Essentials) or 90 minutes (Growth), and will be recorded unless you prefer we not record the call.
Can you help me fix problems identified in the audit?
During our audit review call we will do our best to help you understand your options for addressing any problems identified in your audit. Every website is different, and every owner has different resources and priorities!
If you are interested in working with us to help implement specific fixes or to work with you on a strategy for website development let us know and we will either provide a quote or help you find another professional who can support you.
Is there a limit on how many pages you can audit?
Our Working Website Audit service is designed to provide actionable feedback for owners of small and medium-sized websites. We can crawl and provide a technical audit of sites with up to 1,000 pages. However for larger sites, we will focus our user experience audit on 3-5 high priority pages on your website. We may contact you as we prepare the audit report to gather more information about which pages are most important to your business.
What tools do you use?
We use several professional tools to evaluate website health, speed, usability, and search visibility. We will also spend time on your website itself, both on desktop and mobile devices. Is there a discount for nonprofit organizations?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount for nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit organizations will need to provide evidence of nonprofit or charitable status.
